Payment Policy

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you opt to pay with credit cards, remember that 1) Your credit card isn't charged until the day your order is shipped; 2) Depending on your credit card's billing cycle, you may have thirty to sixty days before you have to pay for your merchandise; 3) Most credit cards have special payment options and record keeping for your convenience; 4) Some credit card companies have programs whereby you may accumulate bonus points when you make purchases.

We accept orders paid with a personal check, a business check, or a money order. However, items purchased with checks will not be released for shipment until the check clears which can take up to 10 days, and the items are paid in full. All NSF checks assess a minimum collection fee of $25.00 plus any additional expenses involved in obtaining payment for the check.

We’re so confident that once you try our products, you’ll want to buy more. Therefore, our minimum opening order is only $50.00. We do ask that reorders be at least $100.00.

Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Orders are shipped FOB Sterling City, Texas and will be shipped the cheapest/best method prepaid, with the freight added to your invoice. At this time, Sterling Candles & Scents is using Federal Express because we feel it is the best carrier providing us with the best pricing, but remember, we can not ship to P.O. boxes. Please supply your carrier account number and your preferred shipper for freight collect shipments. Except for small overseas shipments, we do not recommend parcel post mail service, as there is no way to trace your shipment. However, for any shipments to residence, we will use parcel post mail service since other carriers charge an additional fee for package delivery to a residence.

All orders are processed within one to two business days.

We process orders that are placed on the weekends and on holidays on the following business day. During the holiday season, processing may take up to four business days.

After the order has been processed, packaged and shipped from our warehouse, it can take anywhere from one to five business days before you will receive it. However, incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in longer delivery times and possible charges for redelivery.
