Payment Policy

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Paypal. If you opt to pay with credit cards, remember that 1) Your credit card isn't charged until the day your order is shipped; 2) Depending on your credit card's billing cycle, you may have thirty to sixty days before you have to pay for your merchandise; 3) Most credit cards have special payment options and record keeping for your convenience; 4) Some credit card companies have programs whereby you may accumulate bonus points when you make purchases.

We accept orders paid with a personal check, a business check, or a money order. However, items purchased with checks will not be released for shipment until the check clears which can take up to 10 days, and the items are paid in full. All NSF checks assess a minimum collection fee of $25.00 plus any additional expenses involved in obtaining payment for the check.

We’re so confident that once you try our products, you’ll want to buy more. Therefore, we do not require a minimum order.

To place an order, select the items of interest. Simply put in a desired quantity in each of the boxes per page, and click "Add to Cart". Multiple items can be sent to the cart at the same time.

Shipping Policy


Orders are shipped FOB Christoval, Texas and will be shipped the cheapest/best method prepaid, with the freight added to your invoice. At this time, Sterling Candles & Scents uses USPS and UPS,( remember UPS can not ship to P.O. boxes). For freight collect shipments, please supply your carrier account number and your preferred shipper. 

We do not ship on Thursday or Friday during high heat or extreme cold seasons. Most shipments are done on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

We try to make your candles fresh for your order. Therefore, we ship within 5 working days. During the holidays, orders are shipped within 10 working days. 

We process orders that are placed on the weekends and on holidays on the following business day. During the holiday season, processing may take up to four business days.

After the order has been processed, packaged and shipped from our warehouse, it can take anywhere from one to five business days before you will receive it. However, incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in longer delivery times and possible charges for redelivery.
